Be Well in Belize is an eco-luxury retreat set at the stunning Copal Tree Lodge, a MICHELIN Key–awarded property tucked into the lush rainforest of Southern Belize. This award-winning lodge is known for its exceptional hospitality, immersive guest experience, and breathtaking location. 

What drew me to this space is the way it blends luxury with intention, including the cozy suites we’ll stay in and the gorgeous shala we’ll get to practice under. The lodge is surrounded by thousands of acres of protected rainforest and expansive farmland. It will feel like we got dropped into the middle of the jungle, creating what will feel like an experience, not just a retreat.

The property’s farm-to-table dining program is a true highlight, with chef-prepared meals featuring ingredients sourced directly from its on-site organic farm and local land. Every meal becomes part of the experience and will be directly ordered from the menu to suit individual needs. 

Each day will begin with intentional movement and yoga practices designed to energize, ground, and connect you to yourself. Afternoons will be left for poolside rest, jungle hikes, kayaking, cocktails, a large menu of excursions you could participate in, or simple, quiet luxury in your suite.
